Estimate: ADC was one of three companies that I got estimates from. They spent a good amount of time taking proper measurements as well as going over what I wanted done, and what products would be be best to use. In the end they ended up being $1000 under one company, and about $200 bucks under the other. The original estimate contained work that I decided to not have done. They quickly adapted the quote and didn’t press the issue.
Hardwood Install: The hardwood was delivered the beginning of the week the work was due. On delivery the installer said he would be at our house at 830 the day of the install. This indeed was the case. In total demo and install took a little over 4 hours. Throughout the entire process the job was neat, tidy, and professional. Debris was promptly loaded on the truck and not strewed over my front lawn.
Tile Install: The only slightly criticism I have here is that we were not given a time when the workers were to arrive on to do the install. In the long run this wasn’t an issue as the original schedule was to be a four day install, but the work was completed in one day. Again the workers were very conscientious of our house. The install required four toilets and a pedestal sink to be removed and replaced, which was included in the quote.
Communication: This was excellent. ADC promptly called to schedule the workers, set up deliveries, and to remind us of the schedule. Also they answered questions that I had in a prompt manner.
